Pepper(Piper Nigrum)

We provide various product of pepper from piper nigrum plant. Originally from East Borneo, Berau District, this type of pepper is slightly different in taste than Lampung or Bangka Belitung black pepper due to geographical factor.

Our product is a 100% from farmers and 100% consciously sustainable. We are partnering with the village who are willing to practice conservation agriculture. We are now transitioning to 100% organic material to replace harmful chemical pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers.

Moreover, the other mission of this project is to protect the water source from the invasion of massive palm oil industry with conventional plantation practice to the land. By keeping a sustainable farming, we can maintain the prosperty of the farmer and the quality of the land for future generations.

Whole White Pepper

Originated from high quality the same plant as black pepper from Berau, East Kalimantan Indonesia, sorted to eliminate empty peppercorn and then the dried pepper is properly stored and packed to minimize moisture level. Our white pepper is left on the vine longer so it can fully mature. It taste hotter than black pepper but simpler. Usually it is best served with any white meat such as fish and poultry cuisine or soup with any coarse size you desire.
